Refunds and cancellations

Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final for digital products, workshops, and coaching services.

Why no refunds?
Because what you’re purchasing is access to resources, time, and a structure you can begin using immediately. Once delivered (or once time is reserved), it can’t be “returned.” More importantly, the best results come from consistent follow-through—this policy protects the integrity of the program and the time set aside for clients who are serious about change.

What if my schedule changes after I book a coaching session?
If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as you can and we’ll find an alternative date/time, based on availability.

What if I miss my session?
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it’s typically considered a forfeited session (no refund). If there’s a genuine emergency, contact me and I’ll handle it case-by-case.

Can I transfer my session or workshop spot to someone else?
